Ο κρόκος Κοζάνης πρωταγωνιστεί σε μια βελούδινη σάλτσα που συνοδεύει το κοτόπουλο σχάρας, τα πρόβεια παϊδάκια -που εξαφανίστηκαν στο λεπτό – ήταν εξαιρετικά ψημένα και συνοδευόντουσαν με baby πατάτες φούρνου, ο κοζανίτικος τραχανάς είχε σωστό χύλωμα με λεπτοκομμένο ντόπιο λουκάνικο και ίνες από καυτερό τσίλι, και γενικά όλα τα πιάτα που δοκιμάσαμε ήταν ένα προς ένα ξεχωριστά.
Αν βαθμολογούσα, θα έβαζα +1 για το επιδόρπιο με τα ψημένα μήλα που συνοδεύτηκε με παλαιωμένο απόσταγμα.
Το φαγητό μας συνοδεύτηκε με τον περιβόητο “Τσαπουρνάκο” του κτήματος Βογιατζή, μια ποικιλία που κρύβει στο DNA της Cabernet Franc και που η Κοζάνη έχει κάθε λόγο να καμαρώνει -και με το δίκιο της.
Ιδιοκτήτης και σομελιέ είναι ο Γιάννης Πράσσος, με σπουδές στη φιλοξενία και στο κρασί, και αυτό είναι κάτι που αποτυπώνεται σε όλα τα επίπεδα.
